The Host Cell Residual DNA Sample Preparation Kit (magnetic bead method) is used for the preparation of biological product samples, which can stably and efficiently obtain trace amounts of host cell DNA in samples. This kit is suitable for a variety of matrix buffer solutions to effectively extract and purify small amounts of DNA. It can be used with various SHENTEK host cell DNA qPCR assays.® This kit works with the rDNApurify HCD preparation system to automate sample processing.
