MycoSHENTEK Mycoplasma DNA Extraction and Purification Kit (2G) (magnetic bead method) is used for extraction and purification® 107 cell matrix, 5% human albuminand other biological samples, and used with the MycoSHENTEK Mycoplasma Detection Kit (2G) (PCR-fluorescent probe method) for verification according to EP 2.6.7 and JP XVII Mycoplasma detection requirements, with a detection limit of 10 CFU/mL.
