Their low affinity surface reduces loss of cells and valuable proteins due to binding. Fisherbrand transfer pipettes are made of shatterproof, non-toxic polyethylene (LDPE) and can be recycled. Designed to replace glass Pasteur pipettes, transfer pipettes are unbreakable and do not require a separate bulb as they are manufactured from soft plastic. These graduated pipettes of 3mL capacity (1mL also available) offer greater measuring accuracy.
