SHENTEK® CAR/TCR Transgene Copy Number Quantitation Kit

This kit is used to quantitatively detect the copy number of the gene of interest in human cell products prepared from common HIV-1 lentiviral vector technology, such as the copy number of CAR or TCR gene in the genome of CAR-T and TCR-T cells. Based on the fluorescent probe method, the multiplex qPCR method was used to detect the DNA sequence related to the integration or expression function on the transfer plasmid and the single-copy gene in human cells, respectively, and the average copy number of the target gene in each cell in the sample was calculated.
