SHENTEK® Residual Hansenula polymorpha DNA Quantitation Kit

This kit uses the Taqman probe principle to quantify residual DNA from Hansen's yeast in samples. The detection is fast, specific, reliable and the lowest detection limit can reach the FG level. The kit is supplied with a reference for Hansen's yeast DNA quantification. This kit is used in conjunction with the SHENTEK Host Cell Residual DNA Sample Preparation Kit to accurately quantify trace amounts of Hansen's yeast cell DNA remaining in the sample.
