SHENTEK® Residual NS0 & SP2/0 DNA Quantitation Kit

This kit is a special kit for the quantitative detection of NS0 or SP2/0 host cell DNA in intermediates, semi-finished products and finished products of various biological products and drugs. This kit uses the fluorescent probe principle to quantitatively detect NS0 or SP2/0 residual DNA in the sample. The lowest detection limits can be in the FG range. The kit is supplied with NS0&SP2/0 DNA reference materials. THIS KIT IS USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SHENTEK HOST CELL RESIDUAL DNA SAMPLE PREPARATION KIT TO ACCURATELY QUANTIFY TRACE AMOUNTS OF NS0 OR SP2/0 IN THE SAMPLE Cellular DNA.
