SHENTEK® Residual Sf9 & AcNPV DNA Quantitation Kit

This kit is a dedicated kit for the quantitative detection of residual Sf9 cell DNA and baculovirus (AcNPV) DNA in insect cell (Sf9)-baculovirus expression system-derived genetically engineered vaccines. This kit uses the Taqman probe principle to quantify Sf9 and AcNPV residual DNA in samples by multiplex qPCR. The kit is supplied with the Sf9&AcNPV quantitative reference. Used in conjunction with the SHENTEK Host Cell Residual DNA Sample Preparation Kit, it can accurately quantify the residual Sf9&AcNPV trace DNA in the sample.
