SHENTEK® Reverse Transcriptase Assay kit

The kit is suitable for the preparation and characterization of animal cell matrices for the production and verification of biological products; However, chicken embryo fibroblasts (CEFs or other avian-derived cells, and cell lines of mouse and other rodent origin often contain retroviral gene sequences, and their detection of reverse transcriptase activity is often positive.
