SHENTEK® Telomerase Assay kit

This kit refers to the "Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Research and Evaluation of Human Stem Cell Products (Trial)" and "Stem Cell Preparation Quality". Quantity Control and Preclinical Research Guidelines (Trial)" can be used to monitor stem cell activity and growth, and can also be used to a certain extent to characterize the tumorigenicity of cells in vitro. Based on the Telomere Repeat Amplification Procedure (TRAP) and real-time PCR technology, the kit was designed with a dual fluorescent qPCR reaction system. For closed-lid detection, cumbersome operations such as gel electrophoresis or ELISA analysis are eliminated, which greatly improves the detection efficiency and reduces the risk of contamination of the sample to be tested.
